IMPLEMENTATION

Our offer is comprehensive. In addition to supplying software we will ensure its implementation and integration into your management system. High quality implementation of a new software tool may decide whether new software will function well and reliably; whether it will be adopted by its users and deliver expected improvements. The software implementation usually takes place in three follow-up steps.

01. ENTRY ANALYSIS

Prior to the software implementation we carry out client entry analysis. It generally consists of analysis of company processes, existing data and records analysis, circulation of the documents analysis; further we analyse the possibilities of integration with existing systems and other important steps.

If the entry analysis demonstrates the need for a non-standard system features we are ready to offer customised software to our clients.

02. PROPOSAL FOR OPTIMAL SOLUTION

In the next phase, our specialists will propose optimal system configuration. The aim of this step is to make the functional properties of the proposed software solution as close as possible to your requirements.

03. INSTALLATIONS AND LAUNCH

Prior to the launch of the system we shall carry out several important steps:

  • Importing existing data
  • Setting up the code list
  • Setting up the work tables and forms
  • Individual settings (if required)
  • Integration – interconnection with the other systems (if required)

Upon, the successful launch, user training will follow. The training generally takes place at the time of the trial operation, when our specialist staff will accompany system users in the first steps. Through consistent, purposeful training, users gain knowledge and habits that will help them during regular operation. Where necessary, our technical staff will supervise the work of the system users during the first days of its proper use. Investing in good training usually returns very quickly.


Simultaneously with the training of users, the training of local system administrators (its own IT specialists) will usually take place. They will be prepared to carry out routine maintenance on the system and, if necessary, allowed setting changes.
